Why can’t I find my subscription in the App Store?

There are a few reasons why your subscription might not appear in the App Store:
Different email address: if you have multiple Apple IDs, try logging into the App Store with another email address you may have used for the purchase.
Purchased through our website: if you bought your subscription directly from our website, it won’t show in the App Store. Visit cabinet.femia.health and log in with your app credentials to view your subscription.
