How can I cancel my subscription?
There are currently two ways to cancel a subscription:
Contact our support team via the Contact Form;
Cancel directly in your web version user account. To do this, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open this link;
2. Enter your account details as shown below:
email: your email address;
password: the password you set.
3. Then, open the “Account Settings” and go to the “Subscription” tab:
4. Under “Subscription,” you'll find a full list of your subscriptions and will be able to cancel them.
❗Subscriptions are auto-renewable by default. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins. Once cancelled, your plan and access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
